Compliance and Response Branch. Xxxx Xxxxxx Branch Chief (000) 000-0000 email: xxxxxxx@xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx The Compliance and Response Branch is responsible for all agricultural, solid waste, hazardous waste, industrial waste, underground starage tank, and environmental response inspection functions. The types of inspections include initiatives, prioritized facilities, responses to complaints, responses to environmental emergencies, and highly specialized technical inspections as well as routine inspections. This branch will participate in multimedia inspections, as appropriate. The fundamental task of each section is to provide field auditing to ensure and/or promote compliance. The Compliance and Response Branch priorities are: • Conduct inspections of industrial facilities managing hazardous and industrial wastes. • Conduct underground storage tank (UST) inspections. • Respond to environmental emergencies 24 hours a day. • Conduct inspections of confined feeding operations. • Conducts inspections of solid waste facilities.

  • SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Contractor hereby agrees to perform the services described and for the fee set forth in the Scope of Work. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the satisfactory and complete execution of the Scope Work.
