Routine Inspections. The term “Routine Inspections” refers to inspections that are planned and scheduled by AT&T, for the purpose of inspecting the facilities of Attaching Party and others, including AT&T, on AT&T Structure.
Routine Inspections. 3.5.1. This Warranty is conditional on an inspection of the installation being carried out immediately following the completion of the installation and at six-monthly intervals thereafter during the remainder of the Warranty period as detailed in section 6
3.5.2. It is the responsibility of the Warranty holder to arrange all inspections and meet any inspection costs.
3.5.3. Documentation of these inspections and their results must be retained for the remainder of the Warranty period and be provided to Xxxxxxxxx on request.
3.5.4. Any deterioration in the installation, whether due to the Goods supplied or not, must be reported to Xxxxxxxxx immediately and opportunity provided for Xxxxxxxxx to examine the condition of the installation.
3.5.5. Any repair necessary must be completed as soon as reasonably practical and the Warranty shall be suspended until such repair is complete.
3.5.6. Documentation of the repair must be retained for the Warranty period and provided to Xxxxxxxxx on request.
3.5.7. Xxxxxxxxx and/or its representatives shall be allowed free and safe access to carry out any actions which are their responsibility.
Routine Inspections. During routine inspections of declared UDOC plant sites, in addition to the verification ac- tivities listed in paragraph (d)(1) of this section, the Host Team and the In- spection Team may develop draft site- specific facility agreements for the conduct of subsequent routine inspec- tions (see § 716.6 of the CWCR). Al- though the Convention does not re- quire facility agreements for declared UDOC plant sites, the owner, operator, occupant or agent in charge of a plant site may request one. The Host Team will not seek a facility agreement if the owner, operator, occupant or agent in charge of the plant site does not re- quest one. Subsequent routine inspec- tions will be carried out pursuant to site-specific facility agreements, if ap- plicable.
Routine Inspections. Routine inspections are carried out 3 monthly – the required 7 days’ notice will be issued to you by mail indicating the date and a 2 hour timeframe will be given informing you of when the inspection will take place. We do not normally change the times of the inspections as we do all properties in your zone at the same time.
Routine Inspections. The PHA shall be permitted to enter the dwelling unit during reasonable hours for the purpose of performing routine inspections and maintenance, for making improvements or repairs, or to show the premises for re-leasing. (The re-leasing provision applies only after Tenant has given notice to vacate.) A written statement specifying the purpose of the PHA’s entry delivered to the Tenant's premises at least two days (48 hours) before such entry shall be considered advance notification. If the Tenant and all adult members of the Tenant's household are absent from the premises at the time of PHA’s entry, the PHA shall leave in the premises a written statement specifying the date, time and purpose of entry.
Routine Inspections. Agent shall make an initial inspection of the Premises when vacated by Landlord or immediately prior to occupancy of Premises by tenant. Subsequent inspections will be made as deemed necessary, in Agent’s sole discretion, by Agent. A property condition inspection report will be made when tenants vacate the Premises to determine, among other things, fair wear and tear. Landlord may contract with Agent for additional routine inspections.
Routine Inspections. 1. Xxxxxx ANGB shall visually inspect the following areas and BMPs on a semiannual basis (calendar periods), at a minimum:
a. Areas where industrial materials or activities are exposed to stormwater.
b. Areas identified in the PPC Plan as potential pollutant sources.
c. Areas where spills or leaks have occurred in the past three years.
d. Stormwater outfalls and locations where authorized non-stormwater discharges may commingle.
e. Physical BMPs used to comply with these Performance Criteria. At least once each calendar year, the routine inspection must be conducted during a period when a stormwater discharge is occurring.
2. Xxxxxx ANGB shall evaluate and document the following conditions, at a minimum, in the Annual Report required by paragraph B of this section through required inspections:
a. Raw materials, products or wastes that may have or could come into contact with stormwater.
b. Leaks or spills from equipment, drums, tanks and other containers.
c. Off-site tracking of industrial or waste materials, or sediment where vehicles enter or exit the site.
d. Tracking or blowing of raw, final or waste materials from areas of no exposure to exposed areas.
e. Control measures or BMPs needing replacement, maintenance or repair.
f. The presence of authorized non-stormwater discharges that were not identified in the application and non-stormwater discharges not authorized by these Performance Criteria.
Routine Inspections. A State DOT, Federal agency, or tribal government tunnel inspection organization shall conduct, or cause to be conducted, rou- tine inspections for each tunnel de- scribed in § 650.503 as follows:
(1) Establish for each tunnel the NTIS routine Inspection Date in a

Contractor shall permit DPS to conduct, without prior notice, a thorough inspection of Contractor’s business records and vehicle storage facility or facilities for any tow made under the contract. Records inspections may be performed at the Contractor’s place of business or at the district office as determined by the Highway Patrol District Commander or designee.
