Compliance with Accommodation Laws. In the event that the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) or any other law requiring accommodation of employee’s conflicts with the provisions of this Agreement, such law shall control. Where possible, the Association shall be notified of any perceived conflict and, upon request, the Medical Center shall meet with the Association to discuss the conflict.
