Clinical Resource Nurse. Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) positions shall consist of 12-hour shifts. CRNs will have responsibilities for the clinical areas of Med/Surg, TCU, ICU, OB, and Surgery. CRNs will not be regularly assigned a patient load.
Clinical Resource Nurse. The hourly wage for a Clinical Resource Nurse shall be $1.70 per hour in addition to the regular rate of a Registered Nurse. Should Article 19.04(b) of the Central Agreement be amended to include an increase in the premium pay designated therein, the corresponding dollar amount of the increase will be applied to the $1.70 premium paid to the Clinical Resource Nurse.
