Compliance with Laws, Regulations, Rules, and Executive Orders. In the administration and execution of the Project, the Applicant shall comply with all applicable State and Federal laws and municipal ordinances in satisfying their obligations to the state under and pursuant to the agreement, including, but not limited to, (1) Connecticut General Statutes Title 1, Chapter 10, concerning the State’s Codes of Ethics and (2) Title 4a concerning State purchasing, including, but not limited to section 22a-194a concerning the use of polystyrene foam. Failure to do so shall constitute an Instance of Default by the Applicant under this Agreement.
