Applicants for Employment. An applicant for employment covered under this policy who has a verified positive drug test result or refuses to submit to a test will be disqualified from consideration for employment with the Village.

Applicants for Employment. Prior to the start date of employment all newly hired faculty must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
Applicants for Employment. An applicant for employment will be required to fill out and execute the Carrier’s application forms, and pass required physical and visual examinations, and furnish proper reference as to previous experience and ability to perform the class of work for which application is made. If application is not disapproved within ninety (90) working days from commencement of service, the application will be considered as having been approved, unless it is found that false information (such information being of a nature which would have prevented the Carrier from hiring) has been given, in which event applicant will not be dismissed without an investigation. Information pertaining to an employee’s previous work experience and pertinent to qualification as a journeyman will be furnished to the Local Chairman.

Applicants for Employment. (a) Applicants for employment will be required to answer questions necessary to determine whether or not they are qualified to become satisfactory employees and will undergo a physical examination to determine their fitness for the work required and to protect the health and safety of employees.
Applicants for Employment. (A) Employment in the craft or class shall be considered temporary for ninety (90) working days, pending approval or disapproval of application, during which period an employee's employment relationship may be terminated without formal investigation by disapproval of application. If the applicant is not notified of the disapproval of application within ninety (90) working days from date thereof, application will be considered approved, but this clause shall not operate to prevent the removal from service of such applicant if subsequent to the expiration of ninety (90) working days it shall be proved that the information given in the application is false, provided such action is taken by the Carrier within two (2) years from the date the employee enters the service.
Applicants for Employment. An applicant for employment with the Company who has been offered employment will be given a drug screen prior to placement in the position that she/he has been offered. Applicants for employment will be subject to alcohol testing when required by law. An applicant who has a positive test result will be rejected from employment.
