Applicants for Employment. An applicant for employment covered under this policy who has a verified positive drug test result or refuses to submit to a test will be disqualified from consideration for employment with the Village.
Applicants for Employment. An applicant for employment will be required to fill out and execute the Carrier’s application forms, and pass required physical and visual examinations, and furnish proper reference as to previous experience and ability to perform the class of work for which application is made. If application is not disapproved within ninety (90) working days from commencement of service, the application will be considered as having been approved, unless it is found that false information (such information being of a nature which would have prevented the Carrier from hiring) has been given, in which event applicant will not be dismissed without an investigation. Information pertaining to an employee’s previous work experience and pertinent to qualification as a journeyman will be furnished to the Local Chairman.
Applicants for Employment. Prior to the start date of employment all newly hired faculty must successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
Applicants for Employment. (a) Applicants for employment will be required to make statement as to their ability and address of relatives and may be required to pass physical examination, at the expense of the Carrier, to determine their fitness to perform the service required of their craft or class.
(b) Employees promoted to, or men engaged for, positions that require them to distinguish signals or do flagging will be required to pass usual eyesight and hearing test before assigned to such service.
(c) The application of an employee entering the service will be approved or rejected within sixty days after commencing work. When an applicant is not notified to the contrary within sixty day, it will be understood that his application has been approved. If his application is not approved, he can be removed from the service during this sixty-day without an investigation.
Applicants for Employment. Any individual applying for employment will be required to complete pre-employment testing after the City of Xxxxxx has extended a conditional offer of employment.
Applicants for Employment. Applicants for employment, including re-hires, will be informed that an initial alcohol/drug screening is mandatory; that they are required to agree in writing to allow the results of such test to be furnished to and used by the company; and that a positive result shall disqualify the applicant from employment.

Application of potential employees covered by this Agreement, including physical examinations, if not satisfactory shall be rejected within ninety (90) days or application will be accepted. Falsification of employment papers may be considered sufficient cause for dismissal after probationary period after being given an investigation.
Applicants for Employment. An applicant for employment with the Company who has been offered employment will be given a drug screen prior to placement in the position that she/he has been offered. Applicants for employment will be subject to alcohol testing when required by law. An applicant who has a positive test result will be rejected from employment.
Applicants for Employment. (A) Applicants for employment may be required to take physical examinations at the expense of the carrier to determine the fitness of the applicant to reasonably perform the service required in the employee’s craft or class. They will also be required to make a statement showing address of relative, necessary four (4) years' experience, and name and local address of last employer.
(B) Applications of new employees shall be approved or disapproved within one hundred twenty (120) days after the applicant begins work. Applications disapproved by the carrier must be declined in writing to the applicant.
(C) An employee who has been accepted for employment in accordance with (B) above, will not be terminated or disciplined by the carrier for furnishing information in connection with an application for employment or for withholding information unless the information involved was of such serious nature that the employee would not have been hired if the carrier had had timely knowledge of such information.
(D) Copy of record of previous experience of applicants, as set forth in applicable agreements, and as recorded on application shall be furnished to local chairperson.
