Compliance with the Budget Neutrality Limit. The state must provide financial data (as set forth in the current STCs) demonstrating the state’s detailed and aggregate historical and projected budget neutrality status for the requested period of the extension as well as cumulatively over the lifetime of the demonstration. In doing so, CMS will take into account the best estimate of current trend rates at the time of the extension. In addition, the state must provide up to date responses to the CMS Financial Management standard questions. If Title XXI funding is used in the demonstration, a CHIP Allotment Neutrality worksheet must be included.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH TAX LAW SECTION 5-a The following provisions apply to Contractors that have entered into agreements in an amount exceeding $100,000 for the purchase of goods and services:

Part 18) and any mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in applicable state energy conservation plans issued in compliance with the Act. Does Vendor agree?   • Compliance with Xxxxxxxx Act requirements The contractor shall comply with the requirements of 29 CFR part 3, which are incorporated by reference in this contract.

  • Compliance with Texas Privacy Laws and Regulations In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the LEA and the Provider shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to LEA data privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.

  • Compliance with the Law The Parties agree to comply fully with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations applicable to their entity in connection with the programs contemplated under this Agreement.
