Component Construction Documents. The Design Professional shall issue Component Construction Documents meeting the following minimum criteria: The Component Construction Documents shall reasonably show the intent of the Work to be accomplished; The Component Construction Documents shall be sufficient for the CM/GC to price the Work; The Component Construction Documents shall meet all regulatory and Fire Marshal requirements; and The Component Construction Documents shall be sufficiently detailed to preclude the necessity for rework as the Construction Documents proceed to 100% completion.
Component Construction Documents. The Design Professional shall issue Component Construction Documents meeting the following minimum criteria:
Component Construction Documents. In accordance with the Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule, the Design Professional shall issue Component Construction Documents for those components listed in the Form of Contract. The Component Construction Documents shall be stamped and sealed by the Architect of Record or his or her engineering consultant, meet all regulatory and Fire Marshal requirements, and be sufficiently detailed to preclude the necessity for rework as the Construction Documents proceed to 100% completion. The Component Construction Documents shall be bound into a Project Manual which shall include the Contract, General Requirements, Supplementary General Requirements and Specifications.
