Minimum Criteria. All three of the following criteria must be met for a parcel of land or interest in land to be acquired by a Federal entity. The first two criteria must be addressed in the “willing agency” letter, and the third in a “willing seller” letter, both to be included in the nomination package. • The acquisition proposed for Federal acquisition presents no health, safety, or liability concerns that cannot be mitigated. This will be documented by a statement from the acquiring agency identifying any potential concerns and explaining specifically how it would be mitigated. • The acquisition proposal must be supported as a result of land use planning by the land or resource management agency. • There is a willing seller.
Minimum Criteria. The proposed initiative furthers the goal of development of the MSHCP; and • Lincoln County confirms their ability to carry out their project management responsibilities under their Assistance Agreements with BLM for the proposed initiative. • The proposed initiative has a positive benefit to the federal estate or mission. • The Federal Agency impacted by the proposed initiative confirms its support of the proposal and ability to carry out its responsibilities associated with the proposal. (a) Each Additional Member shall be a governmental entity located in Salt Lake County or Summit County, Utah; and

(c) Except for Salt Lake County, which may have two Commissioners as specified below, no Member shall have more than one Commissioner representing it on the Board.

a) The lowest possible student-teacher ratio will be maintained as a matter of primary importance to the education of students.
b) All cash reserves will be planned for use excepting a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the K-12 final fiscal budget, together with any carry-overs in the Special Education program and Green Hill program budgets.
c) Capabilities will be maintained to provide required reports and processes, instructional content, and leadership, as well as to provide for health and safety of students and staff. Any additional revenue which shall become available to the district at any time during the ensuing school year shall be used in accordance with the standards contained in this subsection. Should the use of said revenue allow the district to employ additional certificated staff covered by this procedure, said staff shall be employed from the employment pool established in Section 11.3 of this procedure.

The Borrower acknowledges, affirms and understands that the Loan/s is being granted subject to the Borrower fulfilling the following minimum criteria and the Borrower hereby represents and warrants to the Lender that the Borrower satisfies or shall satisfy these minimum criteria:

a. Verification by way of phone calls to the Borrower and references provided by the Borrower as well as to the Borrower’s employer if deemed necessary by the Lender;
b. Mobile phone verification;
c. Verification by the identification document provided by the Borrower.
Minimum Criteria. The minimum criteria for adding additional Members (“Additional Members”) to the CWC are as follows:
1. The total number of all Members (including both original Members and Additional Members) shall not exceed ten. The total number of all Commissioners entitled to vote on matters before the Board also shall not exceed ten. The CWC’s Ex Officio Commissioners are not entitled to vote on matters before the Board;
2. Each Additional Member must be a governmental entity located in Salt Lake County or Summit County;
3. Each Additional Member must have a common border with the boundary of the CWC specified in the XXX or have legal jurisdiction within such boundary of the CWC; and
4. Except for Salt Lake County, which the XXX permits to have two Commissioners, no Member shall have more than one individual representing it on the Board.
Minimum Criteria. All Units that the Accommodation Supplier / Managing Agent acquires must conform the requirements of all-relevant statutory acts, regulations and by-laws. In addition, in order for unit to be defined as ‘ Available for Letting’, the Accommodation Supplier / Managing Agent shall be required to ensure that all necessary works of the following nature have been completed.
