– Components Provided Upon Retirement. Upon retirement an employee will be provided components of their personal protective equipment, which will include their structural helmet, leather boots, badges, and structural gloves. Effective upon ratification between the parties and execution, add Class A Uniform and Bunker Gear to this list. The bunker gear will be cleaned and decontaminated prior to being provided to the employee at retirement.
