Composite Rate. 4.1.1.1 For purposes of determining the composite rates set forth in supplemental Exhibits A2 and B2, and as described for illustrative purposes in Exhibit D attached hereto, Mass Market is defined as an End User location with less than four (4) voice grade (DS0) lines or equivalents in any service area covered by this Agreement. 4.1.1.2 For purposes of determining the composite rates set forth in supplemental Exhibits A2 and B2, and as described for illustrative purposes in Exhibit D hereto, Enterprise Market is defined as an End User location with four (4) or more voice grade (DS0) lines or equivalents in any service area covered by this Agreement, or is serving an End User with DS0 services where such End User is also being served with a DS1 service in any service area covered by this Agreement. The quantification of an End User’s DS0 lines shall include services purchased from AT&T including DS0 Wholesale Local Switch Port Services (both standalone and those riding higher capacity facilities), DS0 Wholesale Local Platform Services, DS0 channels on DS1 Wholesale Local Platform Services (such as PRI, DDITs, and DS1 loop with channelization with port), resold AT&T Telecommunications Services and unbundled network element stand-alone loops. 4.1.1.3 For the DS0 Wholesale Local Platform following classes of service, a composite rate shall be developed as calculated in Exhibit D to this Agreement. The composite rate shall be calculated for and effective only in those states listed in Exhibit D. The composite rate shall be calculated by (i) multiplying the Mass Market rate for such UEPBX business lines (as set forth in Exhibit D) by the percentage of Mass Market business lines, (ii) multiplying the Enterprise Market rate for such class of service (as set forth in Exhibit D) by the percentage of Enterprise Market business lines from the classes of service listed below, and (iii) adding the two figures together to form a single rate. The composite rate is set forth in supplemental Exhibits A2 and B2. 4.1.1.4 Either Party may request a revision to the composite rate provided in this Agreement in the event of a substantive change in the percentage mix of Mass Market and Enterprise Market business lines for the UEPBX Class of service in the states that the composite rate was calculated for and as listed in Exhibit D.   • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • Base Rate The greater of (a) the fluctuating annual rate of interest announced from time to time by the Agent at the Agent’s Head Office as its “prime rate” or (b) one half of one percent (0.5%) above the Federal Funds Effective Rate. The Base Rate is a reference rate and does not necessarily represent the lowest or best rate being charged to any customer. Any change in the rate of interest payable hereunder resulting from a change in the Base Rate shall become effective as of the opening of business on the day on which such change in the Base Rate becomes effective, without notice or demand of any kind.

  • Y-Rate The Board of Supervisors may adopt a Y-rate to apply to: (1) an employee who would suffer an actual decrease in salary as a result of action taken by the County, without fault or inability on the part of the employee, or (2) an employee who is changing from one (1) class series to another, as a normal consequent of career development through the County's upward mobility program, and the salary of the class the employee enters in the new class series is less than the salary the employee was receiving in the former class. A Y-rate means a salary rate, for an individual employee, which is greater than the established range for the class.

  • Discount Rates The discount rates applied to <<customer_name>> purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit A. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.   • RATE ADJUSTMENTS 1. Taxes applicable to the gas delivered to Buyer hereunder as are in effect on January 1s1 immediately preceaing the effective date of these terms and conditions shall be added to Buyer's xxxx. The term "tax' as used herein shall mean any tax, license fee, or charge applicable to the gas delivered hereunder, imposed on Seller by any governmental authority on such gas.   • Mileage Rate The mileage rate for authorized travel – based on State of Florida rates on the Effective Date of this Agreement – is $0.445 per mile.
