Composition of General Assembly. The General Assembly is composed of one (1) institutional representative of each Contractor as a member. One (1) institutional representative of each Other entity is invited as observer to the General Assembly. Each representative can designate a deputy. The Project Coordinator attends GA meetings ex officio. Any expert or qualified person may be invited by the Project Coordinator to attend meetings of the General Assembly with a role of an advisor.

  • General Assembly Appropriation The Recipient hereby acknowledges and agrees that the financial assistance provided under this Agreement is entirely subject to, and contingent upon, the availability of funds appropriated by the General Assembly for the purposes set forth in this Agreement and in Chapter 164 of the Revised Code.
