Composition of the Board of Arbitration. When a Party has requested that a grievance be submitted to arbitration, it shall indicate to the other Party to the agreement within seven (7) days of: (a) Its intention to submit the matter in dispute to a single arbitrator to be agreed upon by both Parties. Should either Party not agree to submit the dispute to a single arbitrator, both Parties shall then have seven (7) days to name their appointee pursuant to (b) of this Article; or (b) The name of its appointee to a Board of Arbitration.
