Computer Software Licenses. Notwithstanding the disclosures made by the Sellers in section3B(i) of the Disclosure Schedule, the Sellers shall perform all acts necessary to cause the Company to obtain all required computer software licenses and/or network licenses (the "Licenses") for computer software and/or networks currently owned or operated by the Company necessary to bring the Company into compliance with all licensing requirements.
