Concerning Check-off System. Any dispute between the Employer and the Union which may arise as to whether an employee properly executed or properly revoked an assignment shall be reviewed with the Employee with a representative of the Union and a representative of the Employer. Should this review not dispose of the matter, the dispute shall be referred to the grievance procedure herein.
