Concerns Between Reviews; Conduct Constituting Misconduct. 1. Should performance issues arise outside the Evaluation Process, the Department Chair or direct supervisor, or a full-time faculty member designated by the Chair, will schedule a meeting with the Bargaining Unit Faculty member to discuss ways that the Bargaining Unit Faculty member may improve her/his performance and a performance improvement plan, if needed.
