Common use of CONCERTED ACTIVITIES Clause in Contracts

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 14.1 It is agreed and understood that there will not be a strike, work stoppage, slow down, picketing in connection therewith or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities, or other interference with the operations of the District by the Association or by its officers, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity. 14.2 The Association recognizes the duty and obligations of its representatives to comply with the provisions of this Agreement and to make every effort toward inducing all employees to do so. In the event of a strike, work stoppage, slow down, or other interference with the operations of the District by employees who are represented by the Association, the Association agrees, in good faith, to take all necessary steps to cause those employees to cease such action.

The District agrees not to lock out unit members during the term of this Agreement. 14.2 28.2 The Association Union recognizes the duty and obligations obligation of its representatives to comply with the provisions of this Agreement and to make every effort toward inducing all employees unit members to do so. In the event of a strike, work stoppage, slow downslowdown, or other interference with the operations of the District Employer by employees unit members who are represented by the Association, the Association agrees, agrees in good faith, faith to take all necessary steps to cause those employees these unit members to cease such action.

In the event of a strike, work stoppage, slow down, slow-down or other interference with the operations of the District by employees who are represented by the Associationunion, the Association agrees, bargaining unit agrees in good faith, faith to take all necessary steps to cause those such employees to cease such action.

The District shall not lockout unit members during the term of this Agreement.
