Common use of CONCERTED ACTIVITIES Clause in Contracts

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 28.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slowdown, picketing or other concerted action or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities or other interference with the operations of the District by the CSEA and its Princeton Chapter, #445 or by its officers, agents, or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with the request of other labor organizations to engage in such activity. The District agrees not to engage in a lockout.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 28.1 A. The District agrees not to engage in a lockout.

The District agrees not to engage in a lockout.

CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. 28.1 24.1 It is agreed and understood that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slowdown, picketing or other concerted action or refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities responsibilities; or other interference with the operations of the District by the CSEA and its Princeton Chapter, #445 or by its officers, agents, agents or members during the term of this Agreement, including compliance with Agreement which is unprotected by the request First Amendment of other labor organizations to engage in such activitythe United States Constitution. The District agrees not to engage in a lockout.

The District agrees not to engage in a lockout“lock 36 out” employees during the term of this Agreement.

The District agrees not to engage in a lockout.

The District agrees not to engage in a lockout.

The District agrees shall not to engage in a lockout.
