CONCERTED ACTIVITIES. Section 1. The Association hereby agrees that there will be no strike, sympathy strike, work stoppage, slow down, refusal or failure to fully and faithfully perform job functions and responsibilities or other concerted action or refusal to perform job functions and responsibilities by the Association, its members, its officers or agents during the term of this Agreement. Section 2. The District shall not engage in a lockout or participate in any other activity which obstructs the collective bargaining process during the term of this Agreement.
