Concessionaire to Bear Loss. Subject to the provisions of Section 10.1.5, as between the Province and the Concessionaire, the Concessionaire will bear, without recourse to the Province, any Loss suffered by the Concessionaire, its agents, contractors or subcontractors of any tier or employees of any of them which is caused by any Protester and/or Trespasser up to the maximum amount specified in paragraph (q) of the definition of Compensation Event in Schedule 1 [Definitions and Interpretation].
