Common use of Condensed Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Condensed Hours of Work. During Christmas break and spring break, and during the months of July and August, by mutual agreement between an employee and the Supervisor of Operations or his or her designate, the hours of work may be condensed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, provided there will be no additional cost to the Employer. Request for altered hours under this article must be received by the other party no later than ten (10) working days prior to the date for the proposed change.
