An employee who is recalled must complete all training necessary to main their state license within 45 days of recall prior to be returned to full duty status. The Department will provide the training sessions necessary to allow the employee to meet this requirement. If the employee fails to satisfactorily complete the training, they may be returned to the layoff list.
