Conditions of Project Approval. Actions taken by the Oregon Transportation Safety Committee, if any, regarding conditions under which this project is approved are given in the Conditions of Approval. The grantee agrees to follow these conditions in implementing the project.

Conditions of Project Approval. City approval of the Project is conditioned on the Developer entering into this Agreement, the Developer successfully completing the environmental review process, the Developer entering into a Tax Abatement and Business Subsidy Agreement with the City and County in a form acceptable to the City and County contemporaneous with the execution of this Agreement, and approval of Developer’s wetland Notice of Application (NOA) by Minnesota’s Bureau of Water and Soil Resources (“BWSR”).
