Conduct of Board of Trustees Business. The Board of Trustees shall conduct its business and hold meetings as determined by it from time to time. A majority of the Trustees shall have the power to act, and the concurrence of any member may be by tele- phone, telegram or letter. The Board of Trustees may delegate any one of its members to carry out specific duties and to sign appropriate forms and authorizations. In carrying out its duties, the Board of Trustees may, from time to time, employ an administrative organiza- tion and agents and may delegate to them ministerial and limited discretionary duties as it sees fit, and may consult with counsel, who may be of counsel to the Authority.

  • Conduct of Meetings Any meeting of the Board (or any committee of the Board) may be held in person or by telephone conference or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.
