Conduct of the Project. C.1. The Proposer agrees to do the work set out in the Proposal in accordance with good standards relevant to such undertakings, and shall expend funds received hereunder only in accordance with such Proposal and the requirements of this Agreement.

Conduct of the Project. The Parties will undertake the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Each Party shall supply in a timely and diligent manner all funds, personnel, equipment, materials (including Background Materials) and other things necessary to fulfil its responsibilities under this Agreement for the Project. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each Party shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to perform the activities assigned to it under a Work Plan in accordance with the Specifications, timelines and budgets set forth therein, under the supervision of the JSC.
