Conference Requirement and Procedure. The Company, or the Company’s representative, shall, when requested by the Employees or an Elected Employee Representative/Union Delegate/Health and Safety Representative, confer (within a reasonable period of time which should not exceed 30 minutes) for the purpose of determining whether or not conditions are inclement.
