Conference requirement and procedure. The employer or his/her representative shall when requested by the employees or a representative of the employees, confer (within a reasonable period of time which must not exceed 30 minutes) for the purposes of determining whether or not conditions are inclement. Weather shall be regarded as inclement unless it is agreed at such conference. If weather is deemed to be inclement then (c), (d), (e) (f) and (g) will apply. If weather is deemed not to be inclement then the employees will immediately return to work.
