Conflicting Duties. The Company acknowledges that during his tenure pursuant to this Employment Agreement, Executive shall not be required to work "full-time" for the Company and shall work on an as-needed basis, the dates and times of which to be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Executive. In addition, the Company acknowledges that during the Employment Period Executive shall retain the right to pursue and/or fulfill other business opportunities, commitments and obligations so long as such opportunities, commitments and obligations would not constitute a breach by Executive of his obligations under Section 4 of this Employment Agreement.
Conflicting Duties. Executive hereby confirms that he is under no contractual commitments inconsistent with his obligations set forth in this Agreement. The Company agrees that Executive may, during the Term of this Agreement, perform services for LBL Professional Consulting, Inc. (“LBL”), or any other corporation, firm, entity or person that is not otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement or Executive’s fiduciary obligations to the Company. The Company acknowledges that currently the Executive is the Chief Executive Officer of LBL and sits on LBL’s board of directors.
Conflicting Duties. During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall not serve as an officer, director or employee to any business without the prior notification of the Company's Board of Directors.
Conflicting Duties. Executive hereby confirms that he is under no contractual commitments inconsistent with his obligations set forth in this Agreement. The Company agrees that Executive may, during the Term of this Agreement, perform services for any other corporation, firm, entity or person that is not otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement or Executive’s fiduciary obligations to the Company. The Company acknowledges that Executive is the Chief Executive Officer of other companies and sits on board of directors of other companies.
Conflicting Duties. The Company acknowledges that during his tenure pursuant to this Employment Agreement, Executive will serve as president and chief executive officer of Algos Pharmaceutical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "APC"). Executive agrees to allocate his time and energies between his duties on behalf of the Company and APC so as not substantially to interfere with the operations of the Company.
