Conflicting Engagement. I agree that, during the term of my relationship with the Company (as an employee, independent contractor or otherwise), I will not engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity directly related to the business in which the Company is now involved or becomes involved during the term of my services, nor will I engage in any other activities that conflict with my obligations to the Company.
Conflicting Engagement. Xxxxxxx agrees not to accept, without prior approval from Client, any engagement known by Counsel to be in direct conflict with the interests of Client in this Matter. If, in the course of representing multiple clients, Counsel determines in its sole discretion that a conflict of interest exists, Counsel will notify all affected clients of such conflict and may withdraw from representing any one or more of the multiple clients to the extent such a withdrawal would be permitted or required by applicable provisions of the State of New York or New Jersey Code of Professional Responsibility.
Conflicting Engagement. Consultant agrees that, during the term of his engagement by the Company, he will not engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity that conflicts or could potentially conflict with his obligations to the Company.
Conflicting Engagement. Consultant agrees that, during the period of time that Consultant is retained by Company, and for a period of three (3) months thereafter, Consultant shall not, without the prior written consent of Company, engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity that competes with Company’s business.
Conflicting Engagement. The Company understands and agrees that Xxxxxx may work and/or perform services for other entities or persons during the term of this Agreement, subject to the terms of this Section 5. Xxxxxx certifies that Xxxxxx has no outstanding agreement or obligation that is in conflict or may conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement and Xxxxxx will not enter into any such conflicting agreement during the term of this Agreement. Xxxxxx agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, Xxxxxx will not engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity directly related to the business in which the Company is involved during the term of this Agreement, if such engagement would in any manner damage the Company or its business, assets or prospects.
Conflicting Engagement. Consultant certifies that Consultant has no outstanding agreement or obligation that is in conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement and Consultant will not enter into any such conflicting agreement during the term of this Agreement. Consultant agrees that, during the period of time that Consultant is retained by the Company, Consultant will not engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity directly related to the business in which the Company is now involved or becomes involved during the period of time that Consultant is retained by the Company, if such engagement would in any manner damage the Company.
Conflicting Engagement. The Company understands and agrees that Fahlman may work and/or perform services for other entities or persons during the term of this Agreement, subject to the terms of this Section 5. Fahlman certifies that Fahlman has no outstanding agreement or obligation that is in conflict or may conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement and Fahlman will not enter into any such conflicting agreement during the term of this Agreement. Fahlman agrees that, during the Term of this Agreement, Fahlman will not engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity directly related to the business in which the Company is involved during the Term, if such engagement would in any manner damage the Company or its business, assets or prospects. Company acknowledges and agrees that Fahlman may work full-time for Paradigm Corporation during the Term of this Agreement and that such employment does not violate this Section 5. Fahlman represents and warrants that Paradigm Corporation is aware of the general nature of this Agreement and has consented to Fahlman’s employment by the Company in the capacity set forth herein.
Conflicting Engagement. Contractor shall not, during the Term, engage in any other employment, consulting engagement, occupation, or other business activity directly related to the Defined Business, nor will Contractor engage in any other activities that conflict with his obligations to the Company.
