Other Business Activity. The Contractor may engage in other business activities provided, however, that the Contractor shall not during the term of this Agreement solicit the Client’s employees, clients, accounts, or other related business endeavors of the Client.
Other Business Activity. The Independent Contractor may engage in other business activities provided, however, that Independent Contractor shall not during the term of this Agreement solicit the Employer’s employees, clients, accounts, or other related business endeavors of the Employer.
Other Business Activity. The Issuer has no other business activity except as contemplated in this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents and is not party to any other debt, financing or other material transaction or agreement other than the Transaction Documents or documents related to any other Series issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Other Business Activity. Except as disclosed to the to the Senior VP of Innovation and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and agreed by these persons, the Executive shall not at any time whilst in the employment of the Company take on other employment or engage in other business activity which may reasonably be considered likely to be adverse to the Executive’s commitment to the Company or adverse to the usual business activities of the Company whether for gain or not.
Other Business Activity. Nothing contained herein shall prevent any Partner from engaging in other business activities outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whether or not similar to the business of the Partnership, and no parties herein shall have any interest in such other activities or investments by virtue of this Partnership. However, the parties do agree to advise one another of business opportunities in the state of Wisconsin in the fields in which the Partnership is active and to the extent feasible, opportunities will be shared and developed by the Partnership. Within the city of Milwaukee and any county in which the Partnership shall conduct business, each of the parties hereto covenants and agrees not to compete against the Partnership or any of its Partners.
Other Business Activity. Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 3.7(d), except as disclosed to the Board and agreed with the Board, the Chief Executive shall not at any time whilst in the employment of the Company take on other employment or engage in other business activity which may reasonably be considered likely to be adverse to the Chief Executive’s commitment to the Company or adverse to the usual business activities of the Company whether for gain or not.
Other Business Activity. The Photographer may engage in other business activities provided, however, that Photographer shall not during the term of this Agreement solicit the Company’s employees, clients, accounts, or other related business endeavors of the Company.
Other Business Activity. The Service Provider may engage in other business activities provided, however, that the Service Provider shall not during the term of this Agreement solicit the Client’s employees, clients, accounts, or other related business endeavors of the Client.
Other Business Activity. 7.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, the Contractors shall not offer or provide services to any company, firm or person other than the Crown in respect of any matter where in the Contractors’ reasonable opinion the interests of that company, firm or person may or do conflict with the interests of the Crown regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.
7.2 Where the Contractors are of the reasonable opinion that such a conflict of interest has arisen or may arise, the Contractors may, with the prior written consent of the Crown, act for that person regarding that subject matter. The Crown's consent to the Contractors so acting will not be unreasonably withheld.
7.3 Neither the Crown nor the either Contractor shall at any time during the continuance of this Agreement or for a period of 12 months after this Agreement is terminated or has expired, solicit or endeavour to entice away or encourage any other person to solicit or endeavour to entice away any person who was an employee of the other party at the date of termination of this Agreement or during the preceding 6 months.
Other Business Activity. The Talent Scout may engage in other business activities provided, however, that Talent Scout shall not during the term of this Agreement solicit the Company’s employees, clients, accounts, or other related business endeavours of the Company.
