Common use of CONFORMITY TO LAW CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

CONFORMITY TO LAW CLAUSE. If any provision of this Contract of Agreement is or shall at any time be determined contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision shall not be applicable or performed or endorsed except to the extent permitted by law, except that all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect.
