The "Consents; Accuracy; Rights" clause primarily ensures that all necessary permissions, consents, and rights have been obtained by the parties and that any information provided is accurate and reliable. In practice, this clause requires each party to confirm that they have secured all third-party approvals or licenses needed to fulfill their obligations and that any representations or data shared are truthful and up-to-date.
