MSP Data definition

MSP Data means any information or data about MSP (and its and their staff, customers or suppliers, as applicable), that is supplied to SKOUT by or on behalf of MSP in connection with the Services, or which SKOUT is required to access, generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Agreement. MSP Data shall not be deemed to include any Performance Data.
MSP Data means any content, data, or information (including, third-party content, data, or information) that is supplied to Entrust through the MSP Account or otherwise in connection with MSP’s, Sub-MSPs’, Tenants’, or their respective Users’ use of the Entrust Technology (including without limitation, device and computer information). MSP Data may include Personal Data.
MSP Data means all electronic data and information submitted by MSP, including End Customer Data, for set up and provisioning of the Service for the performance of Integrated Services. MSP Data does not include any Content. “Content” means all information distributed by or on behalf of MSP or End Customer through the Service.

Examples of MSP Data in a sentence

  • MSP shall be responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of MSP Data or Personal Data and the means by which MSP acquired them.

  • MSP grants to Entrust, its Affiliates, and any of their respective applicable subcontractors and hosting providers, a world-wide, limited right, during the Term, to host, copy, transmit and display MSP Data and Personal Data as reasonably necessary for Entrust (or its Affiliates, and any of their respective applicable subcontractors and hosting providers) to provide the Entrust Technology in accordance with the Agreement.

  • As between the parties, MSP will retain all right, title and interest (including any and all intellectual property rights) in and to the MSP Data and Personal Data provided to Entrust.

  • These third parties may use or disclose such Authentication Records, MSP Data, Profiles, Personal Data, and Service Data to perform the Service on Entrust behalf or comply with legal obligations.

  • MSP acknowledges and agrees that the Entrust Technology requires certain MSP Data, Profiles, and Personal Data, in order to operate.

  • MSP represents and warrants that MSP Data, Personal Data, and Profiles do not and will not include any Excluded Data.

  • Entrust will have no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of data uploaded to the Service by MSP or its Sub-MSPs, Tenants, or Users, including, without limitation, MSP Data, Profiles, and Personal Data.

  • Subject to the terms of the Agreement, MSP hereby grants to Entrust a non- exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, copy, store, transmit, modify, create derivative works of and display the MSP Data and Personal Data contained therein solely to the extent necessary to provide Identity Proofing to MSP, and to sub-license such rights to any of Entrust applicable subcontractors.

  • MSP acknowledges and agrees that certain Extensions may enable third-party software or third-party services (including cloud services) to download certain Authentication Records, MSP Data, Profiles, Personal Data, and/or Service Data from the Entrust Technology, and, by enabling such third-party software or third-party services (including cloud services) MSP agrees to such downloads.

  • MSP acknowledges and agrees that Authentication Records, MSP Data, Profiles, Personal Data, and Service Data, may be transmitted to, processed by and/or reside on computers operated by the Entrust authorized third parties (e.g., Entrust hosting providers) who perform services for Entrust.

MSP Data means data, information, material or other content (but in all cases excluding Appgate’s Confidential Information or Appgate Intellectual Property), in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, uploaded, transmitted, processed or stored by or on behalf of MSP to, through or in, as the case may be, the Hosted Services.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Study Data means all data, databases, documents, reports and other information resulting from, collected or developed in the performance of the Study;

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.

  • Service Data means all data provided to Provider, placed on Provider’s servers, or used, posted, stored or otherwise transferred or transmitted to Provider in connection with the Services, including text, sound, video or image file, material, product, content, IP address and similar address, recording, message, software, Account Information, account-related setting, and which may include, without limitation, Personal Data.
