Consequences of Suspension and Termination. Upon termination or suspension of an Agreement for any reason, we may immediately disable access to the Software and neither you nor any users within your organisation or any third party will be entitled to access the Software. If we remove or modify any or all of the Software (in accordance with clause 16), we may, at our discretion, refund your subscription fee. Any such refund shall be limited to a pro-rata refund of the subscription fee provided you have already paid for access to the relevant Agreement. If we have suspended your access to Software for failure to pay all or part of the fee by the due date, we will at our sole discretion (unless required otherwise by law) reconnect or re- commence supply of the Software to you for the remainder of the subscription period, provided that you first pay the full amount for which you have been invoiced along with a re- connect fee of $50 (Fifty dollars) plus gst.
