The City and the Contractor resolve to keep the same key personnel assigned to this engagement throughout its term. In the event that it becomes necessary for the Contractor to replace any key personnel, the replacement will be an individual having equivalent experience and competence in executing projects such as the one described herein. Additionally, the Contractor will promptly notify the City Contract Manager and obtain approval for the replacement. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Timber Designations Timber designated for cutting shall be confined to Sale Area, except as provided in B2.131, B2.14, B2.15, B2.32, and B5.1. The boundaries of Clearcutting Units, Overstory Re- moval Units, and Understory Removal Units were plainly Marked on ground before timber sale advertisement and are shown on Sale Area Map. Boundary trees shall not be cut. The number of units and approximate acreage of timber designations are stated in A3.

Upon the acceptance by the Plan Administrator of a new Beneficiary Designation Form, all Beneficiary designations previously filed shall be cancelled. The Plan Administrator shall be entitled to rely on the last Beneficiary Designation Form filed by the Executive and accepted by the Plan Administrator prior to the Executive’s death.
Resignation Notice To resign in good standing, an employee shall give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation. Failure of an employee to give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation will result in loss of the privilege to be rehired in the Minnesota Judicial Branch. The period of notice may be reduced or waived by the Employer or its designees. The employee must be present at work on effective date of separation except as otherwise authorized by the employee's appointing authority An employee shall have the right to withdraw a written resignation within three (3) calendar days of its submission.
