CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING/ IMPORT/ DOMAINE PICKUP SERVICES. In the event that the Customer desires to engage the Company or one of its affiliates (including, but not limited to Domaine Transit) to assist the Customer in coordinating the shipment and/or transportation of the Customer’s Wine from a location identified on one or more bill(s) of lading issued by the Company or one of its affiliates (the “Origin”) to a new storage location identified or to be identified on one or more bill(s) of lading issued by the Company or one of its affiliates (the “Destination”), the Company or one of its affiliates will coordinate the shipment and/or transportation of the Customer’s Wine from the Origin to the Destination (the “Transit Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and, specifically, this Section 8.
