Common use of Construction Administration Phase Clause in Contracts

Construction Administration Phase. Upon District’s acceptance of Architect’s work in the previous Phase and assuming District has not delayed or terminated the Agreement, the Architect shall perform Construction Administration Phase services for the District as follows: 1. The Architect’s responsibility to provide basic services for the Construction Phase under the Agreement commences with the award of the contract for construction and terminates upon satisfactory performance and completion of all tasks in this phase and commencement of the Closeout Phase or upon the District’s terminating the Agreement, whichever is earlier.
