O&M Manuals / Warranties. Architect shall review equipment, operation and maintenance manuals, and a complete set of warranty documents for all equipment and installed systems, to ensure that they meet the requirements of the plans and specifications.

Design Build Entity shall review equipment, operation and maintenance manuals, and a complete set of Warranty documents for all equipment and installed systems, to ensure they meet the requirements of the Contract Documents. Design Build Entity shall provide one (1) electronic .pdf set of O&M Manuals / Warranties to Judicial Council at completion of the Construction Work and it shall be a condition precedent to Judicial Council’s approval of Design Build Entity’s Application for Final Payment.
