The CONSULTANT will provide one (1) set of signed and sealed prints and one (1) CADD disk of the as-built record construction based on marked-up prints, drawings and other data furnished by the Contractor to the Architect (the “Record Documents ”), as further detailed in the OSU Construction Standards; anddocuments.
16. review Transmit certified as-built record drawings and general data, appropriately identified, to the completed Project near COUNTY within thirty (30) days following completion of construction.
17. Consult with, and recommend solutions to, the end COUNTY during the duration of any applicable warranties in connection with inadequate performance of materials, systems, and equipment under warranty.
18. Review facilities or equipment prior to expiration of warranty period(s) to ascertain adequacy of performance, materials, systems and equipment.
19. Document noted defects or deficiencies and assist the COUNTY in order to identify defects of materials or workmanship and issue a written report preparing instructions to the OwnerContractor for correction of noted defects.

(12. issue ) Issue certification to the Owner and the Contractor when all terms of the Construction Contract have been fulfilled to the Architect's satisfaction;.
(13. conduct ) Conduct on-site observations to determine the date of final completion, receive written guarantees and related documents assembled by the Contractor and issue recommendation for final acceptance and payment;.
(14. assist ) Assist the Owner in the implementation of the State of Oregon's “1% For Art Program”for art program, as applicable;.
(15. upon ) Upon completion of the Work, the Architect shall, at no additional cost to the Owner, update CAD electronic drawings and submit the appropriate compact discs digital files as follows
a. one (including 1) complete, full-size (no larger than 30" x 42"bookplans" of the construction area made to Oregon State University standards) - compatible with Autocad Release latest version ), reproducible drawing set on 4-, drawings mil Mylar reflecting significant changes in the Work made during construction based on marked-up prints, drawings and other data furnished by the Contractor to the Architect Architect;
b. one (the “Record Documents ”)1) complete, as further detailed in the OSU Construction Standardsreproducible CD set of electronic drawing files, compatible with AutoCAD 2006;
c. one (1) complete reproducible index of AutoCAD files and drawing layers;
d. one (1) complete half-size reproducible drawing set on bond paper;
e. one (1) complete full-size reproducible drawing set on bond paper; and
16. review the completed Project near the end and f. three (3) complete sets of any applicable warranty period(s) in order to identify defects of materials or workmanship and issue a written report to the Owneras-built specifications;.

Construction Administration Phase. Commencing with the Owner’s issuance of a notice-Tasks that may be performed in this phase include, but are not limited to-proceed for construction of the Project, the Architect shall:
(1. attend ) provide consulting services and recommendations to the pre-construction conference Airport Authority during all phases of construction;
(2) assist the Airport Authority at the Project sitepreconstruction conferences;
2. provide general administration (3) administer the Airport Authority’s Form of the Work as contemplated by the provisions Agreement and all General Terms and Conditions of the Construction Contract including assisting Services Agreement, a copy which is included as Attachment B;
(4) enforce the Owner with evaluation Contractor Safety Guidelines throughout the duration of construction;
(5) provide daily field reports to the feasibility of the Contractor-provided project time Airport Authority on a routine schedule;
3. make periodic visits to the Project site with such frequency as to ascertain the progress (6) review and quality of the Work, attend progress meetings with the Contractor, determine in general if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Construction Documents, analyze laboratory test reports for materials and submit a written report to the Owner within five (5) business days after each visit, with copies of each report to the Contractorequipment;
4. arrange for periodic visits of Consultants to make similar determinations with respect to mechanical and other Work, as applicable;
5. (7) review and approve or take appropriate action, with reasonable promptness to cause no delay in the Work, regarding shop drawings and samples submitted by the ContractorContractor to ensure compliance with the design drawings and specifications;
6. prepare any supplemental drawings or large-scale details needed (8) maintain a Request for Information (RFI) log and assist the Airport Authority in replying to clarify contractor RFI’s throughout the Construction Documentsproject;
7. respond promptly to requests from (9) prepare Bulletins and Designer Supplemental Instructions (DSI) as requested by the Airport Authority or as needed for the project;
(10) review Construction Change Proposals (CCP) prepared by the Contractor and assist Airport Authority to negotiate costs for assistance with unforeseen problems so as to minimize the Owner's exposure to claims for delayAirport Authority directed changes;
8. advise (11) review Contractor Change Request (CCR) and consult with the Owner, issuing appropriate instructions to the Contractor;
9. check proposed costs of any modifications to the Construction Contract and recommend acceptance or rejection to the Owner (Owner will prepare written change orders);
10. endeavor to guard the Owner against defects and deficiencies in the Work of the Contractor;

(12) inspect work in progress, document quantities of work completed and overall construction progress, inspect differing site conditions and maintain field investigation reports including relevant information associated with the work;
(13. conduct on) complete all quality acceptance testing requirements;
(14) observe and document subcontractors participation in the construction;
(15) review draft pay-site observations to determine the date of final completion, receive written guarantees applications and related documents assembled by the Contractor and issue recommendation approve quantities for final acceptance and payment;
14. assist the Owner in the implementation of the State of Oregon's “1% For Art Program”(16) make inspections at substantial completion and prepare punch-lists;
(17) prepare final reports, as applicablerequired by the Airport Authority;
15. upon completion (18) prepare record drawings to illustrate as-built conditions;
(19) perform warranty inspections immediately prior to expiration of the Work, the Architect shall, at no additional cost to the Owner, update CAD drawings and submit the appropriate compact discs (including "bookplans" of the construction area made to Oregon State University standards) - compatible with Autocad Release latest version -, drawings reflecting significant changes in the Work made during construction based on marked-up prints, drawings and other data furnished by the Contractor to the Architect (the “Record Documents ”), as further detailed in the OSU Construction Standardsall applicable warranties; and
16. review (20) other construction administration phase efforts and tasks as required or requested by the completed Project near the end of any applicable warranty period(s) in order to identify defects of materials or workmanship and issue a written report to the OwnerAirport Authority.
