Construction and Provisioning Interval (Florida. BellSouth will complete construction for collocation arrangements as soon as possible and within a maximum of 90 calendar days from receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order or as agreed to by the Parties. For changes to collocation space after initial space completion, BellSouth will complete construction for collocation arrangements as soon as possible and within a maximum of 45 calendar days from receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order or as agreed to by the Parties.
