Building Official The Owner and Design Professional acknowledge that there is no state building official other than for Life Safety, Elevator, Building Accessibility, and Fire Safety rules, regulations, and codes. Local government officials (e.g. county and municipal) have no enforcement powers over state authorities except with regard to certain Georgia Environmental Protection Division permits. Road projects may be delivered pursuant to DOT’s General Permit GAR 100001 or GAR 100002, which are available for use by general contractors and are regulated directly by EPD. See 2009 Op. Att’’y Gen. 2009-6 The Design Professional, under the supervision of the Vice Chancellor for Facilities, acts as the Building Official for Projects owned by the Board of Regents. (See Paragraph 1.2.4.12.)
Education Code Contractor has taken at least one of the following actions with respect to the Project (check all that apply): _ The Contractor has complied with the fingerprinting requirements of Education Code section 45125.1 with respect to all Contractor's employees and all of its subcontractors’ employees who may have contact with District pupils in the course of providing services pursuant to the Contract, and the California Department of Justice has determined that none of those employees has been convicted of a felony, as that term is defined in Education Code section 45122.1. A complete and accurate list of Contractor's employees and of all of its subcontractors' employees who may come in contact with District pupils during the course and scope of the Contract is attached hereto; and/or _ Pursuant to Education Code section 45125.2, Contractor has installed or will install, prior to commencement of work , a physical barrier at the Project site, that will limit contact between Contractor's employees and District pupils at all times; and/or _ Pursuant to Education Code section 45125.2, Contractor certifies that all employees will be under the continual supervision of, and monitored by, an employee of the Contractor who the California Department of Justice has ascertained has not been convicted of a violent or serious felony. Building Codes The following Building Codes, in the latest editions approved by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, shall be used. (See O.C.G.A. §8-2-20.) The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions. As of the year 2000, these codes are published jointly by the Southern Building Code Congress International, the International Code Council, the Building Officials and Code Administrators, International, and the International Conference of Building Officials, and are commonly referred to as the International Building Codes.

Consider Operator as School Official The Parties agree that Operator is a “school official” under FERPA and has a legitimate educational interest in personally identifiable information from education records. For purposes of the Service Agreement and this DPA, Operator: (1) provides a service or function for which the LEA would otherwise use employees; (2) is under the direct control of the LEA with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and
AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances:
School Official Designation Pursuant to Article I, Paragraph 1 of the DPA Standard Clauses, and in accordance with FERPA, ISSRA and SOPPA, in performing its obligations under the DPA, the Provider is acting as a school official with legitimate educational interest; is performing an institutional service or function for which the LEA would otherwise use its own employees; is under the direct control of the LEA with respect to the use and maintenance of Student Data; and is using Student Data only for an authorized purpose and in furtherance of such legitimate educational interest.

School Official For the purposes of this DPA and pursuant to 34 CFR § 99.31(b), a School Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of Student Data including Education Records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR § 99.33(a) governing the use and re- disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information from Education Records.
