Site Plans definition

Site Plans means the plans set forth in Exhibit C and referred to in Article 2.2 of this Declaration.

More Definitions of Site Plans

Site Plans means the plans set out in Attachment 2 (Site Plans) which identify the boundaries of the land on which the Stadium and Sports Precinct are located as at the date of this Agreement and other areas on the Site as referred to in clause 7.2(a)(iii) of the Operational Interface Agreement, each as updated in accordance with the Project Agreement and notified to the Operator by the State.
