Permits and Inspections. A. Contractor shall obtain all required permits and arrange for all required inspections, including utility company requirements, inspections, and sign-offs. Utility company coordination and permitting shall include the complete interconnect process and securing permission to operate (PTO).
Permits and Inspections. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract or construction documents, the Contractor shall be responsible to secure and pay for any required permits, fees and inspections required to properly execute and complete the Project.

Permits and Inspections. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract or construction documents, the Contractor shall be responsible to secure and pay for any required permits, fees and inspections required to properly execute and complete the Project. This will include a building permit obtained from the Xxxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxx Land Management Office and, if required, a construction site stormwater discharge permit. Required certificates relating to such tests, inspections or approvals shall be secured by the Contractor and delivered to the Tribe.
Permits and Inspections. 5.1 Developer agrees and understands that it is the responsibility of Developer to obtain and pay for all necessary permits required for the construction of the Improvements from any and all jurisdictions that have authority over the work.
