Common use of Construction Contract Administration Phase Clause in Contracts

Construction Contract Administration Phase. Upon District’s acceptance of Architect’s work in the previous Phase and assuming District has not delayed or terminated the Agreement, Architect shall perform Construction Contract Administration Phase services for District as follows: 1. Architect’s responsibility to provide basic services for the Construction Phase under the Agreement commences with the award of the contract for construction and terminates upon satisfactory performance and completion of all tasks in this phase and commencement of the Closeout Phase or upon District’s terminating the Agreement, whichever is earlier.
