Construction Documents Review. 5.4.1 After the Contracting Authority and Owner have had a reasonable period to review the provisional Construction Documents, the Contracting Authority, Owner, and A/E shall meet to discuss the provisional Construction Documents and reach agreement on any Contracting Authority-authorized adjustments to the Approved Program of Requirements, Project Schedule, or Construction Budget and any necessary clarifications of the Construction Documents.
