Construction Option Selected by Interconnection Customer. Interconnection Customer has selected the Standard Option for construction of the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and the Stand Alone Network Upgrades.
Construction Option Selected by Interconnection Customer. Interconnection Customer has selected the Standard Option as noted in Article 5 of this LGIA for construction of the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and the Stand Alone Network Upgrades.
Construction Option Selected by Interconnection Customer. Interconnection Customer has selected the Negotiated Option as noted in Article 5 of this LGIA for construction of the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and the Network Upgrades except Other Network Upgrades. In the event that Interconnection Customer has suspended this Agreement per Article 5.16, the Transmission Owner may proceed with construction of a new switchyard for the benefit of other third parties at the Point of Interconnection (a point on the Maryville to Midway 161kV transmission line south of the existing KCPL Maryville substation). In the event that Interconnection Customer removes the Agreement from suspension following construction of a new switchyard by the Transmission Owner at the Point of Interconnection (a point on the Maryville to Midway 161kV transmission line south of the existing KCPL Maryville substation), the Interconnection Customer will be responsible for the actual interconnection costs of the Network Upgrades, Stand Alone Network Upgrades, and Interconnection Facilities listed in this Appendix.
