Construction Rider. This Construction Rider is attached to and forms a part of that certain Lease Agreement (the "Lease") dated , 20 , between A-S 91 FT. BEND PARKWAY-HWY 6, L.P., a Texas limited partnership ("Landlord") and CITY OF MISSOURI CITY ("Tenant").

Construction Rider. This Construction Rider shall set forth the terms and conditions relating to the construction of the tenant improvements in the Premises, including, without limitation, the Former MLS Space and the Building Lobby. This Construction Rider is essentially organized chronologically and addresses the issues of the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises, in sequence, as such issues will arise during the actual construction of such improvements. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given such terms in the Lease. All references in this Construction Rider to Articles or Sections of “the Lease” shall mean the relevant portion of the Office Space Lease to which this Construction Rider is attached as Exhibit D and of which this Construction Rider forms a part, and all references in this Construction Rider to Sections of “this Construction Rider” shall mean the relevant portion of this Construction Rider.

Construction Rider. The Construction Rider to Loan Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit “E”, is incorporated by reference herein and forms a part of this Agreement.
