Construction Schedules. Design-Builder shall incorporate the relevant portions of the Project Schedule, into its Construction Schedules. After Owner approves a Pricing Amendment, Design- Builder shall update and distribute with the Progress Report its approved Construction Schedule for that Work. Each such updated Construction Schedule shall conform to the Contract Documents’ requirements and shall accurately reflect progress and remaining estimated durations of applicable Work.
