Construction Services Phase. The Architect shall advise and cooperate with the Owner and shall act on the Owner's behalf in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Owner shall issue instructions to the CMR or, at the Owner’s option, elect to have the Owner’s Representative issue instructions to the CMR.
