Construction Standards and Inspection. The Public Improvements will be installed within the public right-of-way or in easements granted to the City. Such easements may be granted at the time of final platting in the final plat or by separate instrument. The Public Improvements shall be constructed and inspected in accordance with applicable state law, and City Regulations, and all other applicable development requirements, including those imposed by any other governing body or entity with jurisdiction over the Public Improvements, and this Agreement, provided, however, that if there is any conflict, the regulations of the governing body or entity with jurisdiction over the Public Improvement being constructed shall control.

Construction Standards and Inspection. The Roadway Improvements and all other Public Infrastructure required for the development of the Property shall be constructed and inspected—and all fees applicable to the Project shall be paid by Ownerin accordance with applicable state law, City Regulations, the applicable Bond Ordinance and other development requirements, including those imposed by any other governing body or entity with jurisdiction over the Roadway Improvements.

  • Construction Standards The Subrecipient and Developer shall ensure that all Approved Projects comply with the following requirements:

  • Construction Safety 9.4.1. The Contractor shall be responsible for establishing, initiating, maintaining, and supervising all health and safety precautions and programs in connection with the performance of the Work in accordance with the applicable health and safety legislation.

  • Construction of Public Improvements a. Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Paragraph 2.1 and the notice requirement set forth below, Developer shall construct the Public Improvements at its own expense in accordance with this Agreement, the Final Plat, the Resolution, the Civil Engineering Construction Plans, the Town’s ordinances, resolutions and regulations and all other applicable laws and regulations. All Public Improvements shall be installed and constructed within the rights- of-way or easements dedicated to the Town. Unless otherwise approved by the Town in writing, all materials used for constructing the Public Improvements shall be materials set forth on the Town’s approved material list. Workmanship and materials shall be of good quality.

  • Tests and Inspections 5.2.1 Tests and Inspections shall comply with title 24, part 1, California Code of Regulations, group 1, article 5, section 4-335, and with the provisions of the Specifications.

  • Maintenance and Inspection Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records with respect to all costs and expenses incurred under this Agreement. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow a representative of City during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or copies of such records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. Consultant shall allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement.

  • TESTING AND INSPECTION 6.1 Pre-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications

  • Records and Inspection The LLC shall maintain at its place of business the Articles of Organization, any amendments thereto, this Agreement, and all other LLC records required to be kept by the Act, and the same shall be subject to inspection and copying at the reasonable request, and the expense, of any Member.

  • RECORDS AND INSPECTIONS Consultant shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement for a period of three years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement. City shall have the right to access and examine such records, without charge, during normal business hours. City shall further have the right to audit such records, to make transcripts therefrom and to inspect all program data, documents, proceedings, and activities.
