CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT ACTIVITIES. § 6.1 Construction support activities, if provided by the Construction Manager, shall be governed by separate contractual agreements unless otherwise provided in Article 14. § 6.2 Reimbursable expenses listed in Article 14 for construction support activities may be subject to trade discounts, rebates, refunds and amounts received from sales of surplus materials and equipment which shall accrue to the Owner, and the Construction Manager shall make provisions so that they can be secured.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

None of the Limited Partners nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement or the partnership relationship established hereby in any such business ventures, interests or activities, and the General Partner shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to offer any interest in any such business ventures, interests and activities to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, could be taken by such Person.
